Common injuries we rehab
Mountain bikers come in with shoulder strains from falls, wrist and hand overuse from braking and grip, and low back tightness from long forward-flexed riding. Runners bring knee pain, shin splints and plantar fasciitis. Golfers and racket players bring elbow tendinopathy. Climbers, swimmers and paddlers bring shoulder strains and instability.
Home exercise
Progress continues between visits. You leave with exercises and coaching so the work keeps building, and each plan moves from controlled movements to sport-specific drills.
What recovery usually looks like
Every plan is individual, so your timeline depends on your injury and your goals.
Common questions
Do you replace physical therapy?
We combine rehab exercise with adjustments and soft tissue work in the same session. Some patients come to us after physical therapy did not get them all the way back.
What is BFR training?
Exercise with cuffs that partially restrict blood flow, so light loads build muscle and strength with less strain on joints and healing tissue.
How do I start?
